If you see the status “There is a problem with your release”, please make sure to check your email. You should have received an email from support@playtreks.com detailing the issues of the release and what we need from you to solve them.
 
In the case that you cannot find the email, please check your unwanted and junk mailboxes. If there is still no email, contact support@playtreks.com. Please, do not forget to include the name of your release in the email.
